Another good reason to refurbish these classic loud speakers
Press Review October 2003 / October 2007
It has been some time since HiFi World Magazine received and reviewed One Thing Audio rebuilt Quad ESL 57 Electrostatic Loudspeakers. (October 2003 and October 2007 to be exact)
So we thought it would be fitting to put the reviews on our webpage for all to see, as we are carrying on the same production work under AQuadThingAudio.
In Fact, Improvements have been made over the years since those reviews. Improved Bass Panel Performance. Improved EHT Rectifier boards and due to modern up to date components, upgraded Audio Transformer units.
It makes for some interesting reading.
October 2025 and we carry on the good work.
