Andrew and Alan are the principal engineers at One Thing Audio, collaborating closely with founders Ron Best and Steven Williams since the 1990s. Together, they have mastered the skills and techniques essential for the audio repair services of Quad Loudspeakers.
Following the unfortunate passing of Steven Williams in July 2022, my cousin Ron, now in his eighties, has chosen to retire. The invaluable knowledge they cultivated is now entrusted to Alan and me. It is our responsibility to carry forward the legacy established by Ron and Steven, utilizing the expertise we've gained to preserve and maintain your cherished Quad Loudspeakers.
